New to London, Empty Property Initiative
Capital Enterprise will soon be launching the New To London empty property on-line clearing house. The service, developed by Capital Enterprise in partnership with the Mayor of London office, Workspace Group PLC and the British Property Federation, will provide an opportunity for Capital Enterprise members and property owners across London to list and promote a space or property that is offered on favourable terms to new entrepreneurs and businesses.
