Membership
Why join Capital Enterprise?
- Capital Enterprise is the membership body for deliverers of enterprise support in London. This is the collaborative forum for London's enterprise support sector and its member agencies determine the service provided
- We represent, lobby and advocate on behalf of our membership at local, regional and national levels with bodies such as the London Development Agency, the Learning and Skills Council and at forums such as the London Business Support Network. This includes engaging with consultations in order to influence strategy and policy by working in conjunction with the lead body
- We are recognised as a credible partner within the field of economic development in London, in particular, the enterprise and employment agendas
- We promote research and identification of the needs of the SME sector in London and propose ways of responding to those needs. We help facilitate the creation of conditions in which an SME can not only survive but prosper
- We help build capacity, share best practice and carry out consultantative projects
- Leads generated via collective awareness and promotional activities are disseminated on the basis of specialist criteria
- Naturally, we achieve economies of scale by virtue of our profile
- Finally, Capital Enterprise facilitates entrepreneurship via its members and management of pan-London programmes
