The Digital Grid Partnership is about supporting SMEs by helping them scale and grow though skills training – this is done in two ways, through a free online digital marketing workshop and a paid-for placement student. To apply, businesses have to be a registered SME based in London.

Workshop

Join us for our latest free digital marketing workshop, which will give you an overview of vital tools, practices and industry trends in just one day. Through a mixture of lecture-based learning, case study analysis, practical exercises and peer feedback, you’ll develop your understanding of digital marketing and begin to build a digital marketing strategy for your business.

When: Tuesday 10th November – 9:30am-4:30pm

Paid-for Placement

  • Eligible SMEs can apply for a paid-for placement student and the Digital Grid Partnership will pay their salary for up to 105 hours (3 weeks).
  • Work will be carried out remotely (online) throughout the placement.
  • The placement student will be sourced from the Design School, disciplines include: Design for Art Direction, Design for Branded Spaces, Design Management, Graphic Branding and Identity, Graphic and Media Design, Illustration and Visual Media, Interaction Design Arts and User Experience Design.

Supported by the Mayor of London and funded through the European Social Fund (ESF), our Digital Grid Partnership project is a responsive programme that aids the collaboration between universities/colleges and start-ups, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and micro-enterprises (micros) in identifying vital digital training requirements, so they can stay competitive and resilient against the rapid changes in the developing technological sector.
