CAP Talent - Capital Enterprise

CAP Talent is a programme that filters and matches talented young people into paid internships with tech startups.

CAP Talent helps tech startups create new products, aids startups with their recruitment and talent pipeline and enables interns to make a tangible impact.

Internships are 8-16 weeks long, taking place over summer and from September onward.
We are working with 17 universities from across London to source intern candidates
Candidates are recent Graduates or Masters level in disciplines including Computer Science, Data Science, and Software Engineering, as well as Business, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Startups participating in the programme can be from any sector, must be based in London, and are also responsible for paying the intern the London Living Wage (£10.55 per hour) for the duration of the internship.
